As all of you may know, Fastlane turned 3 yesterday. 3 years of hard work which saw us grow from a small coworking room to a more spacious office, from 3 to more than 60 full time staff. When we look over the work we’ve all achieved so far, we feel lucky. Lucky to have a striving business, so many opportunities in hands in a booming industry as well as growing trust with respectable industry players. This is only the beginning of the journey and we all know the roads will get tougher and more challenging as far as we go. We realize there are a few things we still need to improve such as communication, cultural understanding, respect and teamwork. We want 2021 to be a great year in the history of Fastlane: keep growing, raise investment, develop best-in-class work and expand internationally. To make it happen, we have to change now. Growth and change are neither easy nor fast. Fastlane needs to break through and expand beyond its comfort zone. We count on every one of you, our partners, to succeed in the coming battle. It will take sweat and tears, but a better tomorrow is around the corner.
